Baby Number 2!!!

We are so very excited to announce that we are expecting our second little Dorminey!!!  Baby #2 is due Sept. 20.  Here are a few pictures I took of Zoey in her big sister shirt.  I think she is going to be such an amazing big sister. 

I think Zoey is going to be such an amazing big sister.  She is so sweet with other kids… we are yet to have issues with her being aggressive with other kids, she is great at sharing and just loves other children.  I think she was meant to be a big sister.  It’s crazy to think she won’t be the only kid in our house.  I’m not going to lie… I’m nervous.  Zoey is so very active.  And, I’m not just saying that b/c she is the only child I have to base that opinion on.  People tell me all the time, she is the busiest, most active/energetic kid they have met.  Zoey loves to climb and get into things so I’m a tad nervous that I might miss out on something, but it’s a good thing I’m a pretty laidback parent b/c I don’t think I will have a choice not to be. Haha!

I do plan on doing my weekly updates like I did with my pregnancy with Zoey, but if you have been following this blog for a while (hi Libby) then you know I’m not the most loyal blogger.  But I will surely try!!!

Here are my 12^th week stats:

Maternity clothes? Not yet, but I am doing the rubber band trick.

Movement? I know everyone will think I’m nuts but I swear I feel something, little taps and shifts.

Sleep? Already waking up several times at night either to use the restroom or just to toss and turn.

Symptoms? Can we say emotional???  I get so emotional about the dumbest things.  I am just plain moody.  I’m getting some reflux/indigestion.  Besides that I feel less tired and not nauseated! J

Food cravings? Country’s Barbeque Club Sandwich!!!  Random.

Food aversions? Nothing really but I did turn down my first doughnut this week. Just didn’t want it.  What?!

Labor signs? Nope

Best moment of the week? Seeing a very active baby on ultrasound!
