Driving Ms. Abby

I made my first big girl purchase yesterday... I got a "new to me" car!!! I've been looking for several months now. You see, I have the world's worst case of buyer's remorse. I mean it... if I go through the checkout line and grab a cute tube of chap stick, I will not buy anything else for myself for weeks and months to come. After making purchases for myself I have this overwhelming feeling of guilt, so when I decided to start looking at cars I felt excited, nervous, guilty, emotional and remorseful. It humorously took weeks and weeks of thinking, analyzing and prayer that the Lord would tell me what to do. I know it may sound silly to some, but I was terrified to make the wrong decision... the decision that would mean I was only being concerned about myself and not about being a good steward of my money. I know what you are thinking... "What the heck is your deal? It's a car Abby!"

After much prayer, seeking advise, reading reviews, research and tears (yes I cried... because well I'm a woman... it's my right) I went back to the car I had originally wanted four months ago... only this time it was a couple grand cheaper! Yea... you read that right people. Sometimes it pays to be indecisive!!!!

I am so excited! It's strange... I haven't felt remorseful at all! I am looking forward to reading the manual. I just want to drive all around town.

But first things first... I need to get that Crimson Tide "A" on the back of my car!
