Bama-Blizzard

This was truly a fabulous weekend. Our much beloved friends the Websters came back to Alabama to visit and they brought the snow with them! Jerrod woke me up this morning at 6am to show me the Bama-Blizzard going on outside. I walked onto our back deck to be met by my most favorite sight. I love the snow! I was happy and sad all at the same time. It made me miss snow ski trips so much. For a moment Jerrod and I were contemplating riding the kayak down the hill in our backyard, but decided to save that for after church.

Then we decided to let Coosa experience the snow. He loves, loves, LOVES water (Hints his name). As a matter of fact 2 days ago it was pouring rain, and Coosa was dying to go outside and play in it. He has dug this huge hole in our backyard, and every time it rains he begs to go outside and play in it. He plays and plays until he is completely brown from mud. So... when snow came I honestly thought he would hate it b/c it was so cold. He doesn't really like being outside much when it is cold. Boy was I wrong! At first he ran out into the snow and ran back under the deck. Then he darted out and starting eating every bit he could get to. I even threw a snowball at him and he ate it. I guess he really does eat everything!
