Zoey's First Easter Eggstravaganza!!!

We didn't go to our church's Easter festival, known as Eggstravaganza last year.  So this was our first year!  And it was too much fun!  Zoey loved every single second of it.  She did so many things I was surprised she would be interested in doing much less actually get the concept, like the egg hunt, put-put and puppet show.  Her cousin came along.  Jerrod was sick with food poisoning so I was SUPER grateful to have my mother-in-law with us!

Here is a photo dump of photos... warning, I didn't edit any of them.  I only have a few more minutes of nap time and I know if I don't do this now, I will never post them. haha.

Both the girls loved the putt-putt station and the bouncy thing.  They were all over the place in that bouncy thing and not at all nervous around all the other kids. You can't tell but that thing was packed with kids.  They were by far the youngest, but they hung in there with the biggest kids!

The egg hunt was something I wasn't sure Zoey would quite get.  But she totally got it and loved it. I tried to get some action shots of the girls but they were blurry b/c they kept running around the grab eggs.  Zoey did her egg hunt with the two-year-olds so she could stay with D and she did great!

The girls got their faces painted... well Zoey got her face painted by JoJo while I held her down. She was not fond of a stranger painting her face but thought the bunny faces were so cute I just had to get her's painted.  Then they made bunny ears.  Soooo cute!

Then it was time for the puppet show.  The girls loved it.  Zoey was cracking us up.  I the second picture you see below you will see the crazy hand and arm dance Zoey was doing.  She was cracking us up!  No idea where she got that from but she was serious about it and kept on doing it for a good 10 minutes.  She was pretty bummed when the puppets left the stage.

We tried to get a pic of both girls in front of the egg but it just wasn't happening so here is my last pic from the Eggstravaganza... fun was had by all!! Can't wait until next year!

Our day just got better and better... Beck and Old Man came to visit!  Zoey is blessed with two sets of grandparents that she loves dearly and they love her to death.  Here she is playing in the bushes and laughing so hard! Silly girl... I love her so much!

My parents got Zoey some adorable bunny ears that Zoey is obsessed with.  Beck showed her how to do a bunny face and this was her version.  Too precious. She was inhaling and exhaling really quickly through her nose.  It was so funny!
