Frugalosity

Hello. My name is Abby, and I am frugal. Despite my frugal nature, I am also random, quirky and a bit off-centered which can translate into a very intriguing list of things I would so love to buy. However, my frugal side defeats my fun, free-spirited side so all I have left is a list of hodge-podge items I would love to have despite my lack of genuine need.

The Robotic Vacuum

I was first introduced to this lovely domestic tool during an episode of Gilmore Girls. Ever since then, I have been dying to buy one. This specific robotic vacuum is made for those pet owners that are too lazy ... errrr... I mean... simply don’t have the time or energy to sweep the floors every other day.

Pretty Purse

Some people have shoe problems. Others have a jean problem. I have a purse problem. My taste in purses is ridiculous. On rare occasion I will stumble upon a purse in my ideal price range that suites me but this is rare. I blame my aunt who would spoil me a few times and buy me a purse when I was teen for Christmas. While all the other cousins were playing with the several gifts given to them, I was perfectly content with my one gift… a purse. Here is my latest love. I won’t even mention the price because it is embarrassing. You never know… maybe it will be in Ross this time next year.

I don’t think this one requires much explaining. I love design and love taking pictures and well this would make me go weak at the knees.

Alabama Football Season Tickets

You just got to love that picture. I have met that very fine gentleman. In googling “Alabama Football Season Tickets,” his picture showed up. I think google is very wise is presuming that he portrays the meaning of these tickets. Some of my fondest memories are of Friday classes getting out, seeing fans beginning to mark off their sections of the quad and waking up Saturday morning to the smell of BBQ and a sea of crimson and white.

Maid

I am always tired when I get home from work. The last thing I want to do is wash dishes and sweep up dog hair. Between a maid that would visit my house once a week and that robotic vacuum, I would hardly have to do any housework.

Okay there is my list of ridiculously, frivolous, wanted items. And, just FYI: If I could indeed have any of these for free, it would be the football tickets. Roll Tide! Only 45 days till Game 1!
