Top 3 Thursday: Biggest Fears

Well hello there! I'm back! Life has been just a tad crazy lately. With a husband in ministry, the Holy holidays (as I like to call them) are very busy, and I tend to get volunteered for stuff. No complaining here. It was a very fulfilling week!

This week's theme for Top 3 Thursdays is Biggest Fears.

I'm going to take this as in my biggest phobias... if I got into personal fears, well then that may be exactly what it says... personal... too personal. I like to keep this blog light and breezy. K? Okay!

1. Flying bugs

For as long as I remember, I have been terrified of bugs that fly. I think it is their spontaneous nature and how they can change directions in the blink of an eye. Growing up in the country this was especially escalated. I was stung by a swarm of wasps when I was young, so maybe that caused this fear. Nevertheless, trap me in a car with something with wings and you just may see the most hilarious free show of your life.

2. Knives

I hate to wash them. I hate to cut with them. I hate when J has to use them. It's like I have this fear that they will suddenly come to life, chase me around the house and stab me one at a time. Not sure when this peculiar fear started or why, but I have always hated being around them for as long as I can remember.

3. Sexual Predators

I know this is probably on everyone's list, but I think I have had a little bit of an overdose on male-bashing Lifetime movies. I am always the girl walking to her car with a key between her fingers ready to stab the eye of anyone approaching. I also run in my house every night and hate being home alone. Oh... and I hate the Nancy Grace show b/c her focus on sexual predators only fuels my paranoia.
