Okay, apparently the exciting news was more exciting for me than everyone else. I read the previous posts to my husband. His response was, "Abby, it is exciting for us, but probably not for everyone else." For that I apologize. I got your hopes up only to let ya down. Would you be more excited if I told you I was pregnant? Well, too bad. I'm not, but when I am I promise I will not leave you hanging for 3 weeks.

Abby, I think your news is super exciting! I think no one has commented because they either already knew or just haven't had a chance. I was really encouraged by both of your posts and your description of how God revealed Himself in both situations. (I even copied Galatians 6:9 and put it over my computer at work because I need to be reminded of that truth daily). He is so good, always, even when His timing is not our own. Just wanted to throw in my two cents. I couldn't think of a more deserving couple than you and Jerrod to be experiencing an outpouring of blessings right now.

Abby- don't be silly. It is VERY exciting and the purpose of blogs is to share what's going on in your lives with others. I am pretty darn sure that not everyone who reads my blog gives a flip that Bennett says, "pillow," but to me, it's huge, and therefore I write about it.
Your blog, and your news, are both fabulous and we are SO incredibly happy for you both. You both deserve it more than anyone I know.

It is wonderful news! Lauren W is right - your blog is a place to write about your life. Go for it! And congratulations - it sounds like you guys are praising God for the situation you've been placed in, and there is nothing more worthy than that of a good blog post.
