Okay! Yesterday didn't quite go as well as I hoped, but I honestly have a good reason. First of all let me just say that I sat one cubicle away from a fresh cookie cake all day and did not take a bite. That is really good for me! Also, I had healthy food throughout the day... until I got a migraine. I can't take my migraine medicine on an empty stomach and am supposed to take it with a hardy meal. Needless to say, I think I took advantage of that criteria. I had pizza for dinner. I know, I'm so sorry. I feel as if I am indebted to you (whoever you are). Don't lose hope!
This morning I got up and got a light workout in with Coosa in the morning. We went on an excursion around the neighborhood. I plan on eating very healthy throughout the day. I weighed in this morning and will let you know as I drop the pounds (hopefully) over the next few weeks. I will save you from the details on what all I'm eating unless you really want to know, which I'm pretty sure you don't. Keep me in your prayers please!

Thank you for the motivation and advice! Oh, if only I had a reasonable excuse like a pregnancy for not losing weight Plus, I would love to look like you while I'm not pregnant. You look amazing!
