In about 4 weeks I will be headed to Gulf Shores with the in-laws. I love my in-laws except for the fact that they are ridiculously fit people. So I'm already imagining it... 6 People and a beached whale. Hahaha... I have started tanning because... oh yea did I mention they are fit and tan. I guess I was trying to block that part out. Any-hooo... I am on a mission. I want to feel the best I can about myself when we head to the beach.
That being said, I was talking with my mom early (my mom who is also gorgeous, tan and fit) about getting ready for the beach trip. She suggested that I blog about. That way I am held accountable. So here we go! Yay!
Now before we get started that are a few rules I have set:
1. Any and all comments of motivation and encouragement are welcome.
2. In the event that I do cave in and eat a roll or munch on some cookies, you have absolutely no right to tell me otherwise. Consequences may equal an end to our friendship.
3. Tips and words of advise are also welcome.
4. I will blog my weight loss and may never share my actual weight. Trust me, you don't wanna know.
5. Last but not least, this could get boring. If you begin to lose respect me as I blog what I eat and my complaints, you must banish all following of my blog.
Tomorrow morning I start off with a early morning run with the pup and hubby. Then a day of yummy yummy healthy food. I can't wait. Oh yes, that was sarcasm!
Now, back to my Ben & Jerry's.

So, I am here for you! Anytime you want to go walk, run, join me at the gym Holla!!! Its so much more fun when you have someone to do it with! Bring it! We can have "chat time" then too!
ps. DRINK WATER!!! It is SO good for you. Put down the coffee and soda! ;-)
