Okay... I from this moment swear to be a better blogger!

Major update! I am now married to the most amazing man! It is official. It has been a long road for the past 6 years. We have gone through a lot of highs and lows, but no matter what he has consitently been my best friend. I am so thankful to our amazing God for sending me this man. I do not know what I did to be gifted with such an amazing blessing, but I feel so unworthy but eternally grateful.

It is such an amazing feeling to wake up with your best friend and lover right next to you. I know that things won't always be sunny, but I do that know that as long as we keep God at our center we can make it through anything and that is what we vow to do. My favorite time together is when we pray together at the end of the day. It is so relieving and encouraging to end the day by turning over all of our day's trials, present worries and our future over to God. We have vowed to each other to let that be a constant in our lives and I hope that 50 years from now I can tell you that ... my favorite time of day is praying with my husband.

I recently heard a couple say that their honeymoon was over before it started. Well its been almost 3 weeks and the honeymoon is not over yet. I'm sure that will change. I mean the clothes on the floor and dishes are already pretty frustrating, but my hope is that even when the flame dims and the oots and butterflies in my stomache are no more I will still be left facing life with my best friend.
